I’m a creative marketing professional, runner, personal trainer, mum and adventurer who loves bringing people together through brilliant ideas and shared experiences.

Most of my career has been spent in arts and culture, working with people who create things that make us feel something, see the world differently or connect with each other. Alongside that, running has changed my life, given me a whole new set of adventures and shown me just how much we're capable of when we dare to try.

On the surface, these might seem like very different worlds. But for me, they come back to the same things: creativity, connection, community, achieving things, enjoying things and making the most of being here.

So, this is a space for the work I do, the things I love and the ideas I'm exploring. I'm not entirely sure what it will become, and that's part of the fun.

Because life is about people, experiences, daring to dream and finding as much joy as we can along the way.
